The Cove at Overton
This is a subdivision where I've done quite a few kitchens and baths. I don't think they're terrible. My wife would give anything to live in these kitchens.
The She Shed
This is the result of what happens when you need more storage, a place for Mommy to escape, and a bunch of leftover building materials.

Cheap Slide
Here's one all of you can do. The materials are a piece of smooth hardboard, a lap, a chair, and a small child. It's preferable to use your own lap and your own child... probably not one you want to set up at the mall.

The Fence Table
I tore a fence out of my back yard and my wife had mentioned she wanted an entryway table. Every part of this table was once part of a fence. I got called "The Pinterest God" for this one... It's possible they many need to increase their expectations.
Old Shutter Entertainment Center
I was painting a friend's house and they were tearing off all their old shutters. I shuttered myself in a garage for a week and came up with this.
The Pallet Playhouse
I "found" a whole bunch of pallets and decided they would make great structural components for a playhouse for my girls. Unfortunately, I didn't get a "completed" pic, but you'll get the idea.
Ye Old Glider Bench
You know what happens when you realize you're about to lose money on a project? You own it! It's no longer about the money and it becomes a challenge to get it perfect.
Thrift Shop Dresser
When you're about to have your fist child and realize you don't have the furniture you need or the budget to buy the good stuff, you find an "ugly duckling."
Illegal Dropside Crib
Apparently, these cribs are known to cause cancer in the state of California and any kid that sleeps in it will lose fingers. My kids still have all their digits, clearly because we don't live in California...
